You prepay for a volume of video processing over a period you choose (monthly, quarterly, or annual). You're billed for the volume you commit to, not for what you happen to use that month.
What's the minimum I'll pay each month?
Packages start at €50/month, covering up to 416 videos. If your practice needs more, you pay €0.12 per video beyond that.
Do coach seats affect my video package?
No. Seats are billed separately at €5 per coach per month, outside the minimum. A solo coach and a 6-coach studio both get the full video package they're paying for.
What happens if I go over my video package mid-month?
Automatic top-up kicks in. You'll get a notice at 80% usage showing your next top-up amount, and the charge processes around 90%, so processing never stops mid-session.
Do my clients ever get charged?
No. You pay the MOOV Studio subscription. Your clients use the app at no cost to them, whether or not you're subscribed.
